What is Nature?

What is nature? When you think of nature you think of this picture or something similar, but it is all the same. The blue sky, green grass, the fresh air, it might be a dream vacation spot but really nature is all around us sometimes we just don't realize.

But then when you look at this picture do you think of nature? Even tornadoes and hurricanes are a part of nature, we might not realize because in our mind we considered these part of nature horrible because of the damage they cause.

I wanted to add that when some people see a lighting show or someone captures that in a photo, some comments are "Ooo that is so pretty" but you will never hear those sort of comments when there is a hurricane about to destroy a city, but why?

Who is excited to further our knowledge of nature? and question ideas and opinions that were passed down just because they were the right thing to do and we never questioned, that is a very human like nature to just "go with the flow".

So to get things started I will tell alittle about who am I???

My name is Anna Gomez I am a sophomore at the University of North Texas (I don't know if I should of put that there it just seem appropriate) I am studying Marketing hopefully I won't change my mind and stick to this degree. With this degree I will successfully pursuit in opening my own business of crafty crafts, I have started with making jewelery like earrings, necklaces, bracelets, ect. I can craft up a dull picture frame with seashells or basically anything. I want to plan events anything to a surprise birthday party to a wedding I just love to plan and organize. I'm just very crafty :)

My opinion or view about nature is better than more Americans, I recycle and turn off the water while I'm brushing my teeth but I'm not hardcore  but I would like to know more and be more inform about nature. Hopefully this class will open up my mind and maybe I will be hardcore with nature.
